Booking and Payments
To confirm your booking with LucyEvents LLC, a deposit or full payment is required depending on the specific package or service. Once we receive payment, we begin the process of planning and preparing for your event or trip.
Refunds and Cancellations
1. Cancellation by the Client:
If you decide to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible via email or phone. The following refund terms apply based on the timing of your cancellation:
More than 60 days before the event: You are eligible for a full refund of any payments made, excluding a non-refundable booking deposit (if applicable).
30-60 days before the event: A 50% refund will be issued, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be issued, as significant preparations have already been made.
2. Cancellation by LucyEvents LLC:
In the unlikely event that LucyEvents LLC is unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, travel restrictions), we will offer you a full refund for the amount paid. We will notify you of such changes as soon as possible and discuss alternative options for rescheduling or refunding your booking.
Non-Refundable Fees
Certain services and products are non-refundable, including:
Non-refundable deposits for event planning and booking
Fees for third-party services (e.g., venue booking, private tours, etc.), which are subject to the refund policies of the third-party providers
Customized services or personalized products that have already been processed or finalized
Changes to Bookings
If you need to change your booking (e.g., dates, services), we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Depending on availability, changes may incur additional fees, and any modifications made less than 30 days before the event may be subject to restrictions.
